Dubai Mercantile Exchange Announces Half A Million Contracts Traded Since Launch
The Dubai Mercantile Exchange Limited (DME) announced today that more than 500,000 lots of its benchmark DME Oman Crude Oil Futures Contract have traded since the launch of the Middle East's premier energy futures and commodities exchange on 1 June 2007.

Dubai Mercantile Exchange to List Products with CME Group
CME Group, the world's largest and most diverse exchange, and the Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME), the premier international energy futures and commodities exchange based in the Middle East, announced today that DME's contracts will exclusively trade electronically on the CME Globex® platform in the first quarter of 2009, subject to final DME board approval of the definitive agreement.

J.P Morgan Takes Equity Stake in Dubai Mercantile Exchange
The Dubai Mercantile Exchange Limited (DME) today announced that J.P. Morgan has taken an equity stake in the Exchange joining a number of other leading global financial institutions and energy trading firms, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Vitol, Concord Energy, Casa Trading Limited, and a Shell Group company, who were announced as strategic investors in the DME in early August.

The Dubai Mercantile Exchange Limited (DME) today announced the appointment of Greg Collins as Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of the DME. Located within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), with further regulatory approvals, no objection or legal opinions from 23 other regulators, the DME brings global standards in commodity trading to the world's premier hydrocarbon region.

Dubai Mercantile Exchange Confirms Appointment of Thomas Leaver as CEO of Exchange as of 1st September 2008
The Dubai Mercantile Exchange Limited ("DME" or the "Exchange") today announced that Thomas Leaver, who has been Chief Operating Officer (COO) of DME since 1 May 2006, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Exchange as of 1 September 2008.

Top Financial and Energy Trading Firms to Take Equity Stakes in Dubai Mercantile Exchange
The Dubai Mercantile Exchange Limited (DME) today announced that it has concluded the sale of equity stakes in the Exchange to a number of leading global financial institutions and energy trading firms, following approval from the DME's Board of Directors for the release of an indirect equity stake of up to 20% in the Exchange.

Succession Planning Announcement from the DME
Nearing completion of a successful first year of trading, the DME today announced its succession plan, readying its management team for the next stage in its development. Gary King, CEO of the Exchange since the early days of the company, will hand over to Thomas Leaver, currently COO of the DME, in the coming months through a phased transition, ensuring full continuity in the execution of the DME's strategy and day-to-day operations.

DME Brent and Oman Crude Oil Financials Contracts to Commence Trading on the Dubai Mercantile Exchange on June 2nd 2008
The Dubai Mercantile Exchange Limited (DME) today announced that as of trade date 2 June 2008, customers of the DME will be able to trade the Exchange's two new financially settled futures contracts for Brent and Oman crude oil in addition to its benchmark DME Oman Crude Oil Futures Contract.

Dubai Mercantile Exchange To Launch Two New Contracts
The Dubai Mercantile Exchange Limited (DME) today announced that it will launch two new financially settled contracts for Brent and Oman crude oil in the very near future, subject to obtaining regulatory approvals. This follows the successful launch of the Exchange's benchmark Oman Crude Oil Futures Contract last year amid record volumes and open interest in January.
