Off-Floor Members have the
right to access and trade on the Trading Platform,
subject to compliance with all applicable laws and
DME Rulebook criteria. Off-Floor Members are
entitled to preferential transaction fees and margin
rates. An Off-Floor Member does not have to be
physically located in the
Dubai
International Financial Centre (DIFC) and may
trade from other jurisdictions where access is
permitted under local law.
All Off-Floor Members are required to be authorised, recognised or otherwise permitted by the DFSA to conduct the activities which they intend to conduct while trading on the Exchange. They must also hold an active futures account with a DME Clearing Member and meet the criteria contained in Chapter 2 of the DME Rulebook.
