All Dubai Mercantile Exchange Limited (DME) Seat Lessees listed below have been approved by the DME Membership Committee. Seat Lessees do not hold DME Membership, however they are entities to whom a DME Floor Member has leased a Seat (or Seats). They have been authorised or otherwise permitted by the Dubai Financial Services Authority ('DFSA') to conduct their activities on the DME.
