Dennis A. Dutterer

With executive experience spanning several sectors, Dennis Dutterer now uses his wealth of expertise to consult on targeted projects, most recently working with the National Commodities Exchange Limited and the Dubai Financial Services Authority. 

Mr Dutterer spent 20 years at The Clearing Corporation, progressing from General Counsel & Corporate Secretary to President and Chief Executive Office and Member of the Board of Directors. Previous positions also include Interim President & CEO at the Chicago Board of Trade, Partner at the prestigious Washington Law firm Wiley, Rein & Fielding, and General Counsel of the Commodities Futures Trading Commission.

Mr Dutterer has a Masters of Law from George Washington University Law School and has become a Graduate Urban Fellow of the Institution. He was also awarded a Doctor of Law by American University Law School.

Mr Dutterer is an independent director at the DME.
