Dubai Mercantile Exchange Announces Details for Additional Production Testing for DME Direct™ for DME Contracts for May 26, 2007

In response to customer requests and in order to ensure successful connectivity to DME Direct™, the Dubai Mercantile Exchange Limited (DME) has scheduled a production test for Saturday, May 26, 2007 from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm Eastern Daylight Time. Please note that this will be the final production test planned prior to the June 1 launch.

The test on May 26 will provide customers of the DME with another opportunity to validate connectivity to DME Direct™ and practice trading the DME products in the production trading environment. It is strongly suggested you make every effort to participate in this event.

If you have not already successfully confirmed your DME Direct™ set-up then it is essential that you complete both of the following activities on May 26:

• Connect successfully to DME Direct™ / NYMEX ClearPort® Trading

• Enter orders into DME Direct™ / NYMEX ClearPort® Trading using the full DME product slate

Please note that DME Direct™ connectivity will be required for this session. If you do not have (or know if you have) DME Direct™ connectivity, please contact your Clearing Member for help.

• FIX Market Data for products will be available after 9:00 AM EDT
• Market Pre-Open: 10:00 AM - !0:15 AM EDT
• Market Open: 10:15 AM EDT
• Market Closed: 12:00 PM EDT

All the DME products will be available for orders and market data in DME Direct™ / NYMEX ClearPort® Trading. These products will NOT be available for trade submission through the NYMEX ClearPort® Clearing System. The DME products are:

• Oman Crude Oil (OQ)
     - Futures
     - Calendar Spreads (DME Direct™ / NYMEX ClearPort® Trading only)
     - Strips (OQ-OQ)
• Brent Oman Financial Spread (QN)
     - Futures
     - Strips
• WTI Oman Financial Spread (QW)
     - Futures
     - Strips

The production test will be an opportunity for customers to participate in a trading session in advance of the June 1, 2007 launch.
